1. Booking & Confirmation

Reservations are confirmed only after full payment or a valid deposit is received. Hotel Daspalla reserves the right to cancel any booking due to unforeseen circumstances or force majeure, with a full refund provided where applicable.

2. Check-in / Check-out

Check-in: 12:00 PM | Check-out: 11:00 AM

Early check-in or late check-out is strictly subject to availability and may incur extra charges. Guests are requested to carry valid ID proofs at the time of check-in.

3. Cancellations & Refunds

Cancellation policies may vary by booking type, rate plan, or season. Refunds will be processed strictly as per the booking terms shared during the reservation process. Please verify your rate rules before confirming.

4. Hotel Policies

Guests must present a valid government-issued ID (Aadhar, Passport, Driving License) at check-in.
The use of hotel facilities must comply with established property rules to ensure the comfort of all guests.
Any deliberate damage to hotel property or amenities will be charged to the guest accordingly.

5. Liability

The hotel shall not be liable for any loss, injury, theft, or damage incurred during the stay except where proven negligence on behalf of the property occurs. Guests are advised to use the in-room electronic safes for valuables.
