The primary guest must be at least 18 years of age to check into the hotel. We reserve the right to verify age proof at the time of check-in.
As per Government regulations, it is mandatory for all guests above 18 years of age to carry a valid photo identity card and address proof at the time of check-in (Aadhar Card, Driving License, Voter ID, or Passport). PAN cards are generally not accepted as address proof.
Note: If check-in is denied due to lack of required documents, no refund will be provided and the booking will be considered a NO SHOW.
